Almost Spring

Spring is sloooooowly making it’s way into Dallas right now. Just when we have a streak of beautiful weather, Texas will hit us with a rainy, cold day and remind us that it’s still February. But I’m getting my closet ready for (consistent) warm weather with an overload of colors and prints. For now, though, I’m reaching for pieces that will work for all seasons! Right now, I’m obsessed with this gray wrap for spring-ish weather.

I found this gray wrap/poncho/blanket in a little booth at an antique mall, and I had to have it. And for $20? I really had to have it.

For a ‘sweater’ material, it isn’t that heavy, which means I could wear it while walking around outside all day and not be a sweaty mess. It would be perfect to toss in your bag and throw on in a chilly restaurant/office or at night when it cools down.

Once it warmed up a little, I shed my wrap to show off the precious little scalloped sleeves on this top! I found it at TJ Maxx recently, but I linked a few similar ones down below. It’s perfect for work, lunch with friends, or weekend adventures.

If you’re loving this Insta-worthy wall, it’s on the side of Brewed in Fort Worth. We stopped there for coffee and lunch before shooting these photos and it was so cute. 10/10 recommend the chai latte and the Brewed Burger.

This wrap will 100% be coming with me on my trip to London next month (more to come on the blog soon!). It will be perfect as a blanket on the plane as well as an easy layer for cold, damp English weather. If you want to shop my look and a few similar pieces, click on the links below!
