If you follow me on social media, you’ve probably seen posts about my Influenster products. I signed up with the program earlier this year, and this past weekend I received my third VoxBox!
If you have no idea what any of that means, let me explain- Influenster basically sends you samples (called a VoxBox) of products to test out, based on the kind of stuff you already use on a regular basis. My latest VoxBox was a full bottle of Suave’s new Moroccan Oil dry shampoo.
Who doesn’t love dry shampoo? For busy girls on the go, it can be a life-saver. I don’t always have the time to wash, dry, and style my hair every day (especially with long, straight hair that takes forever to curl). I wouldn’t say I’m addicted to dry shampoo, as I always prefer washing my hair, but it’s great to have for a quick fix when my hair is looking less-than-runway-ready.
Not all dry shampoos are created equal, but I have a few that I consistently buy. Some are better for volume, some are better for absorbing oil, some make my hair feel softer than others. This Suave dry shampoo pretty much covered all three!
How cute is this box?
The first thing I noticed about this dry shampoo is that it smells amazing. It doesn’t have the usual baby-powder smell, its more like a lotion or regular shampoo smell. It also doesn’t leave that gray-ish residue on your hair.
Overall I was really impressed with this. I’ll have to try it out a few more times to see if I love it, but after testing it out, I’ll be adding it to my list of favorites!
I also totally recommend signing up for Influenster (one of my fellow Zetas introduced me to it!). Even if you don’t blog, as long as you’re active on social media you’re fine. If you enjoy writing about your favorite products and trying out new ones, you’ll love it!
